How Draxstar handles athlete safety, abuse reports, health disclaimers, and responsible use.

Fitness safety
Draxstar is a fitness and wellness product, not medical advice. Stop training and seek qualified help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest symptoms, or anything unsafe. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any training program.
Community moderation
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, spam, and abusive messaging do not belong in Draxstar. Users can report concerns, block abusive users, and contact support. Reports are reviewed confidentially and investigated promptly.
Content and identity
Athlete profiles, posts, squads, and messages should represent real training activity and must not be used to deceive or harm others. Impersonation of athletes, coaches, or Draxstar staff is prohibited.
Reporting
Send safety reports with links, screenshots, usernames, dates, and context. Do not engage further with an account you believe is unsafe. We review reports confidentially and take action commensurate with severity. Reporters are notified of the outcome where possible.
Safety commitments
Exercise guidance stays informational and avoids diagnosis, treatment, emergency, or guaranteed-outcome claims. HealthKit and location are optional, permission-scoped, and explained in app review notes and privacy materials. Support escalation routes security, safety, legal, privacy, billing, and account-compromise issues to support ownership.
Appeals and follow-up
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing safety@draxstar.org with the relevant context and any supporting information. We review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and respond with the outcome. Appeal decisions are final.
Crisis resources
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or need immediate support, please contact a mental health professional or crisis service in your region. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Draxstar is not a crisis response service and cannot provide emergency assistance.
