Send the email connected to your Draxstar account or waitlist entry, the device and app version if applicable, screenshots when useful, and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or payment credentials.
Draxstar is pre-launch. Support responses are handled manually while the company is being set up, with safety and account access issues treated first.
Common questions
Use the 'Forgot password' option on the login screen. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and verify you're using the email associated with your Draxstar account. For persistent issues, contact support@draxstar.org.
