Draxstar Terms of Service.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Draxstar website, waitlist, mobile app, accounts, early access communications, subscriptions, community features, and public brand resources. By creating an account, accessing, or using Draxstar, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, subscription disclosures, and feature-specific notices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity through your account.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We will invite waitlist members in stages as capacity allows. We may change, pause, or close early access at any time.

4. Fitness safety

Draxstar provides fitness, nutrition, recovery, and social training tools for general information only. Draxstar does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or guaranteed results. Use judgment, progress gradually, prioritize proper form and rest, and seek qualified professional support for injuries, medical conditions, unfamiliar exercises, or urgent symptoms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions. Pricing, billing period, trial terms, renewal timing, cancellation, refunds, and restore options are presented before purchase and managed through your platform account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your platform account settings.

6. Acceptable use and community content

Do not use Draxstar to violate law, harass or threaten others, upload harmful or infringing content, impersonate another person, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass security controls, share unsafe training directives, or provide unlicensed professional advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Draxstar a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

7. Permissions, privacy, and account deletion

HealthKit, location, camera, photos, notifications, calendar, and reminder permissions are optional and controlled by app flows or device settings. Outdoor route and location features are training tools, not safety, navigation, emergency, or location-guarantee services. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You may initiate account deletion in app settings.

8. Intellectual property

The Draxstar name, logos, and marks are owned by Draxstar. Use of Draxstar brand assets is restricted to editorial press coverage as described in the press kit.

9. Product availability

The website describes a pre-launch product. Features, timing, supported platforms, screenshots, pricing, and availability may change before or after early access opens.

10. Third-party services

Some website or waitlist functionality may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email, security, or form processing. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Service changes, termination, and disclaimers

Draxstar may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features. Draxstar may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, fraud, safety risk, legal risk, security issues, or violations of these terms or community rules.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Draxstar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Draxstar disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Draxstar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Feedback and submissions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Draxstar, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation. We are under no obligation to implement or use submitted feedback.

14. Copyright and DMCA

Draxstar respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, please provide a notice to support@draxstar.org with your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@draxstar.org. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

16. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as Draxstar evolves and will keep the current version available at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
